What's Happening in 2017?
We are planning on holding a series of information sessions on Self Directed Support early 2017 and we'd like to know from you what topics you would like covered. Topics could include the 4 options, the assessment process, managing your budget/finances, choosing a support agency or PA, what is SDS, preparing for a social work assessment, what can you use your budget for, understanding the eligibility criteria....

Patient & Carer Info Point
I will be at the Victoria Hospital manning the Patient & Carer Information Point on Monday 27th February from 10.30 to 12.30. I will then be there on a monthly basis, dates will be announced on the website. If you have any queries re self directed support just drop in and see me, the info point is slightly to your left as you come through the revolving doors.

Our closing date has now passed and we will be interviewing shortly. We will post an update once the new Volunteer Coordinator has been confirmed and is in post.
We are having an event on Thursday 16th March 2017 which will be about both housing and SDS. Invitations will be going out soon. Watch this space for more information or contact us to request more information to be sent out when available.
