Do you need help from another person ?

We are here to help.
Self Directed Support is a government grant that allows you choice and control over your care needs. As each local authority has different criteria to access this care we are here to help you present your case forward and open doors. Whether you are reaching out for help, just want to know what you can access or you need to challenge decisions we are here to help you. |
Let us take some of the stress away.

How are we funded?
We have been given government funding from Inspiring Scotland's Step In The Right Direction (SiRD) grants to provide Independent Advocacy to the people in Fife.
This allows our trained Advocacy staff to represent you when attending meetings with your social worker, help you feel prepared and informed as well as connecting you with community resources to build your support network.
Whether you want to know what to expect, have someone present to help you understand each stage of the assessment or process or to challenge a decision you feel is unfair, please get in touch. Using the Self Directed Support Legislation Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013 we will help to make sure you feel included, respected and at the core of the decision making process.
Other resources we use include your human rights, and the following guidance.
