We are looking for people who are willing to share their stories of applying for SDS or caring for someone who is applying for SDS. We will use these stories on our websites to show people what SDS can be used for, what the assessment is like, how any difficulties can be dealt with, what the different options are like, and what it's like receiving SDS rather than the support they got before.
