Stories

Mentors meeting taking place with some of the volunteers.

Our mentors are people who have been through the self directed support journey and are in receipt of services or are a family member/carer who has had significant involvement in the process who are willing to share their experiences, highs and lows, different services they have used, and how it has changed their lives. This is done via stories which you'll find on here and face to face to help others with their application for self directed support.
